Who we are!! What we believe!!

Our Statement Of Faith

We believe in the authority of the Bible, as the complete Word of God. We believe in the trinity, God's plan of salvation for mankind as planned by God the Father, executed by God the Son by His atoning death on the cross and His resurrection and applied and worked out in the life of the believers by God the Holy Spirit. We believe in the Body Of Christ the universal church composed of all the Born again Believers all over the world and the local expression of that body in every place where believers meet together for worship and breaking of bread, fellowship and Bible study and prayer. We believe in the equality of the believers in the body of Christ being equally precious as they are redeemed by the precious blood of Christ, being equally important and useful as indwelt by the Holy Spirit to contribute to the building up of the church, the spiritual house and God's holy habitation to show forth His fullness, unity, love, wisdom and power. We believe in the preparation of the Church for the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ for which the worship is an important part of that preparation. Therefore we encourage individual worship of believers in spirit and in truth around the Lord's Table every Sunday, (Friday in the middle east) enabling them to declare the preciousness of the Lord as experienced by them. We warn and encourage believers to take part in the Lord's Table worthily to be prepared for the glorious appearing of the Lord. This exercise is important as the "Father seeks for such worshippers." (John 4: 23). We believe in the stewardship of the church in preaching the gospel to all peoples regularly so that souls are saved and added to the church, disciples so that the kingdom of God is built. Every Opportunity to proclaim the Gospel is taken and every believer is encouraged to participate in the various outreach programs. We believe in the autonomy of local churches under the headship and lordship of the Lord Jesus Christ based on the New- Testament pattern and functioning according to the principles revealed in the word of God.

About Abu Dhabi Hebron Assembly!!

In the early years some brothers and sisters were gathering for worship & prayer in the individual homes namely Bro. Christopher & Sis. Ruth, Bro. Kumar and Bro, Rajaiah, Bro. Theodore Reginald from Alain. As an answer to the prayers of the believers in the year 1992 a fellowship was started in the name of Berachah assembly prayerfully in the old premises of ECC by three brothers namely Bro Sadhu, Bro Pushparaj and Bro Jakkula Samuel. The first Breaking of bread started on 06-08-1992, and the promise for the church was from 2 Chronicles 19:11 [Deal Courageously, and the Lord Shall be with the Good] this promise was prayerfully given by late Bro PM David on 01-08-1992. At the end of the year 2000, some of the responsible brothers had to leave the country that brought in new responsible brothers to look after the Church responsibilities. Namely Bro. T.C Sebastian, Bro. Augustine, Bro. Jakkula Samuel, Bro. Prakasam and Bro. Stephen Selvam, during this time the name of the assembly also changed from Berachah to Hebron. In the interim, there were few changes among responsible brothers as the years passed by some of them had to leave the country so Bro William shouldered the responsibility for some time. As few years passed by Bro. William also left the country so Bro Chandra Shekar was added to the rest of the responsible brothers. By the grace of God, the believers in Hebron Assembly were growing in the Lord and it was well supported by Bro Jakula Samuel and Sis Mary Samuel as they were instrumental in encouraging many of the believers to continue in fellowship with Hebron assembly. In the early years the ministry was also supported by brothers from Dubai & Al Ain, by His grace, the fellowship with Dubai, Al Ain and other assemblies in the Emirates also continued and strengthened. In the year 2015, the entire responsible brothers stepped down and handed over the responsibility to Bro Jobe Elumalai, Bro Nehemiah Kamba and Bro David Jakkula. As a living testimony, that the living God is very gracious all throughout the years right from the beginning till now. He is safeguarding His flocks at all situations whatever the circumstance arise as He is the Head of the Church. The work of the Holy Spirit is very much evident to experience the spiritual growth of the believer’s life, as an individual, family and Church also. As a result of continuous Holy Spirit leading and guiding, the work of the ministry in the form of expansion is very much seen visibly. Thereby, the new souls are being added regularly in the assembly. Time and again He is sending his servants from various parts of the world to encourage the local believers. The order of worship is maintained as per the vision which was given to late Bro Bakth Singh who was the pioneer of establishing the indigenous Churches all over the world, particularly in India as many as parts of the vast country. In the year 1996 first Holy Convocation was conducted in Abu Dhabi unitedly by the brethren of UAE and was started by Bro. Eddy Williams from Punjab (India) and by the grace of the our Lord Jesus Christ it was possible to conduct the Holy Convocations every year.
